Build the quote from measurements
Open Create Quote on a Measured job — every measured window appears as a pre-populated line item with product, dimensions, and price. Add extra lines for anything not captured on the measure sheet, like installation labour.
Adjust pricing
Click any price cell to edit it — margin recalculates live. Apply a percentage or dollar discount to the whole quote.
Cost breakdown (staff-only)
The cost breakdown panel shows factory cost, freight, margin %, and profit. It’s visible to sales and admin only — customers never see it.
Send it to the customer
Preview the branded PDF, then send the quote link by SMS or email. Customers open it on their phone with no login required.
What happens when they accept
The office is notified the moment the customer approves, and an order is created automatically — no re-entry needed.
