Capturing a lead and booking a visit
How to log a new enquiry and get a measurer booked in.

Create a new lead
Tap New Lead and fill in the customer’s details. Either a company name or a first name is required — not both. Phone numbers use a country code selector. Set the job type and where the lead came from.
Book the site visit
The booking calendar shows a month view, Monday-first, with today pre-selected. Pick an available slot and assign the installer or measurer who’ll attend.
What happens next
Once booked, the assigned installer and the customer are both notified automatically, and the job status moves to Booked.
