SmartMQ can automatically send booking confirmations, quote-sent notices, and install reminders without any staff action.
Turning automations on or off
Each automation has its own toggle in Settings, so you can enable only the ones relevant to how your business runs.
Checking that it worked
Every automation that fires leaves an entry in the audit log with a timestamp and recipient — useful for confirming a customer really was notified.
